I am so into this!
Living in Richmond and walking to and from classes in the occasional downpour for the last four years has always been difficult for me. It is not very often that the sky opens up but rain usually makes me a bit sad - especially when I have to drag my feet over the broken bricks in the sidewalks that collect odd puddles. I constantly have to look at my feet.
However! If THIS concrete was laid all over the city... I would wish for rain all day, everyday.
